The very friendly & helpfull staff
Easy to book in, pleasant staff, nice room, central location, complimentary water in the room well done! Great find, cant go wrong at the price!
Location was really central to Broad Street. Quiet overnight.
Described as cabin style, but most cabins I have been in are bigger than this room. Only enough tea/coffee for 1 each. No room for bags
The price was relative to the room.
The night staff could have been more attentive to the noise levels.
Location is excellent for shopping and night out. both are five minutes walk way. price of the room was excellent for a new city center hotel.
Just be ready fir the size of the room.
The entrance/lobby of the hotel is nice. It's light and spacious and the hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean.
The room was very small!! It was as wide as the bed and there was approx. 1 meter space between the side of the bed and the entrance to the bathroom. There were no windows in the room.
I hated the lack of windows
The location was perfect, room was small but neat, clean and comfy! Reception staff where charming, friendly and welcoming! Over all a very good experience, will definitly stay again!
The location is excellent, very clean, good breakfast
One light missing from wall, no mugs in the room on arrival.
good hotel with very small rooms but this is clear from the start
Staff very friendly and welcoming, Shower was amazing, TV excellent size.
The big screen tv compensated for the size of the tiny room.
The room was very tiny and windowless, would not recomend staying more than 1 night in this hotel.
While the room was quite small (although I knew this before checking in as I read the description on their website) for me it was perfect for a visit to Birmingham. The bed was comfortable, great large TV screen and I couldn't fault the Shower Room/Toilet. Free use of online connection. Would use again, as is in a good location.
NIL. I read their information before booking.
Good location. Simple room, which was made clear on the website, so was whar I had expected. Friendly staff.
The breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Both the orange juice and the coffee was so diluted that coloured water almost was a fair description for both.
It was easy and convienient, reasonable in price for the standard of room it was.
The staff were a bit perfunctory and the buffet breakfast wasn't a buffet. The TV reception was incredibly poor with poor sound quality.
